ABSTRACT
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of puerarin injection combined with levodopa in the treatment of Parkinson. Methods 126 Parkinson patients were grouped into two groups randomly. Control group was treated with levodopa and observation group was added to Gegensu injection. Results 3 months later, UPDRS scale score, ADL and HAMD score of observation group were lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Serum Hcy and plasma hs-CRP level of observation group were lower than that of control group( P<0.05).Adverse reactions of observation group was 6.35％ during treatment, compared with the control group 9.52％ had no significant difference. Conclusion Gegensu injection can help improve cognitive ability and improve self-care ability in patients with Parkinson, alleviate symptoms and medication safety.

Objective To compare the effect of Gegensu Injection and Chinese Traditional Medicine on Chronic Renal Failure.Methods 70 cases of Chronic Renal Failure were selected as group A, treated by Gegensu Injection; During the same term,60 cases of Chronic Renal Failure were selected as group B, treated by Chinese Traditional Medicine and Chinese Traditional Medicine Clyster. The effect of two methods were valued by analyzing the numeral value of Scr and BUN in two groups . Results 1.Significant effective rate is 8.57, effective rate 41.42, ineffective rate 50, total effective rate 50 in group A; 23.33, 41.67, 35, 65 in group B. 2. ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of adverse reaction caused by Gegensu injection.Methods Medicine periodicals between 1978 and 2008 were searched,and 120 ADR cases were analysed by statistical method.Results Gegensu injection induces many types of adverse reactions including hemolysis (21.33 %),skin lesion (20.67 %),circulation system lesion (16 %),respiratory system lesion (12.67 %),digestive system lesion (11.33 %) and anaphylactic shock (6 %),etc.Conclusion We should use Gegensu injection more rationally and enhance our prevention consciousness to reduce the occurrence of Gegensu injection-induced ADR.
